Tuesday 09/11/1910 Students from the Independent Students' Union "Unity" (the student wing of the General Confederation of Labour anarcho-syndicalists), and sympathizers held a rally in seven Ukrainian cities: Kiev, Lugansk, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Gorlovka (Donetsk region ).
The protests were not the same, from city to city varied performances, which were covered print and television in some of them, but they are united by a common essence of the protest: "Against the predatory policies of government regulations № 796 on" Introduction of paid services in higher education ".
Students said that over the past few years, authorities have tried to impose such onerous laws.Since the Cabinet at Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko was trying to take orders at that legitimizes retake fee and missed a couple, possibility of increase of payment to students of contract at any time (so-called indexation of fees). At the premiere Azarov tendency to infringe the rights of students not only changed, but even worse, a vivid example being the attempted adoption of an order number MON 796, statements by the Minister of Education Dmitry Tabachnik on the differentiation of scholarships and reduce the state order for specialist in 2011.Thus, the interests of students and those in power disagree, regardless of party symbols of the past, dissatisfied and do not intend to rely on "good priest-president."
The protesters are extremely concerned about this state of affairs in the country, urged students not to remain silent and to fight for their rights.Several student protesters shook Ukraine in October, and the subsequent concessions by the authorities make it clear: students can assert their rights, and failure awaits them only if they do not even try.
