The call to the international days of united actions in support of belarus anarchists

In connection with the situation about repression of anarchists and social activists getting worse WE – anarchists, friends and nearests of repressed ones – are calling you to take part in Days of Solidarity with belarus Anarchists on the 10-13ths of December 2010. We consider that only international protests against repressions of independent activists trying to change things in Belarus for the better are able to make Lukashenko give the go-ahead to stop mass arrests and to close political cases of Dedok, Frantskevich and Vetkin.

YSU students have announced a rally of solidarity with Nicholas Dedkov

Students of the European Humanities University and the Youth Initiative StudAlliance announced an indefinite campaign of solidarity with the student at YSU Nicholas Dedkov, which is already two and a half months is held in custody. About this BelaPAN reported in the press service StudAlliance.

STATEMENT

Dear readers of the site, you are all well aware of those sad events that occur in the environment of the Belarusian anarhodvizheniya and we know that these events, each of you is experiencing its own way. Our previous appeal was improperly removed by an administrator and we think that today's announcement and will not last long on it, but somebody has read it and draw the necessary conclusions.

Belarus shares the support of anarchists held in Cheboksary

Authorities feel impunity! They're used to that they have a prison, accustomed to our fear. They have long been looking at us like a gray mass, which is unable to unite against the regime of oppression and suppression, the world's lies and not justice. This spit of all the authorities of all countries and states! The only thing they fear is courage. People who are determined to escape the burden of misinformation, not afraid to be anarchists, anti-fascists, social activists.

Actions of solidarity with the Belarusian friends in Kazan

18 and 19th of October in Kazan, the days of solidarity with Boris and Denis Oshchepkova Bystrikovym. At the central bridge of the city was hung a banner "No to repression of social activists." Pieces, and handed out leaflets about seven hundred in most institutions of the city.

In Yekaterinburg, near the offices of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus held a rally of solidarity with the Belarusian anarchist

Today in the 17-40 anarchists and human rights activists in Yekaterinburg and Tyumen gathered near the Mission of Belarus to Yekaterinburg to protest harassment of Belarusian anarchist and social activist. Participants of the rally stretched the 10-meter banner in the Belarusian language "Will belaruskim anarhistam!" And distributed leaflets. Leaflets include information on prosecution and detention of activists in Belarus and called for solidarity with the prisoners.

October 14-20. Days of common solidarity actions near Belarusian Embassies

Since the beginning of September 2010 the social activists in Belarus face with unprecedented pressure. After the attempt of the arson at the Russian Embassy on the night of August 31, 2010 and the start of the presidential campaign, around hundred of social activists from different cities (Grodno, Brest, Gomiel, Minsk and Soligorsk) have passed through ‘talks’, interrogations at the KGB, house-raids and arrests, some of them are still detained. We, anarchists of Belarus and Russia, call to all honest people all over the world for actions of boycott and protest against embassies of Belarus Republic and every other institution related to the Belarusian government! Total mobilization for solidary actions is necessary, because our comrades still remain in chains of Lukashenko fascist regime. Their names: Mikalaj Dziadok and Aliaksandar Frantskievich.

Moscow anarchists blocked the Minsk highway in solidarity with the Belarussian friends

We, a group of Moscow anarchists in the early morning on October 1 blocked with burning tires Minsk highway between Odintsovo and Krasnoznamensk in protest against the persecution  of fighters for freedom and justice of the fascist regime of Lukashenko.

6 days for the "wrong" thoughts

Sept. 24 officers law enforcement bodies have detained me on suspicion of assault on ITT Akrestin. After three days I was again perearestovali, not letting go even beyond the walls of prison. At this time, were indicted for an attack on the House of Trade Unions. Both of these cases were instituted without any direct evidence. In both protocols, the detention was said that I had been detained "on direct suspicion." As I understand from the conduct of investigators - such as the immediate suspicion may arise in respect of any citizen of our country.

The anarchists took over the embassy of Belarus in Saint Petersburg

Today, 29 September 2010, at noon, a group of activists of the anarchist movement came to St. Petersburg in the Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus (str Bonch-Bruevich 3A) to demand the release of Belarusian colleagues who were arrested last month. After the announcement of their demands, the activists refused to leave the embassy and announced his occupation - up until their demands are not met.

Today, September 12, Minsk law enforcement agencies began to publish the anarchists detained in the case of throwing Molotov cocktails, the Russian Embassy on August 30. Nevertheless, at least five people are still behind bars, charged them and did not show. Indymedia Belarus leads the list of issued and is still held by the activists.

Belarus: the detention of activists continued on September 8

Morning, Sept. 8, 2010 were detained and placed in Akrestsin two more of our friends - Tatiana Semenischeva (which had already been sent home after being detained and searched on September 7) and Vladimir Volodin, the Belarusian anarchist and libertarian activist. Tatiana suspected of involvement in the incident near the Russian Embassy. Vladimir Volodin - to arson door Branch Belarusbank May 1, 2010. As in the previous seven detainees, young people are social activists.

The case of the attack on the Russian Embassy upgraded to a heavier article of the Criminal Code, the period of detention prolonged

According to Indymedia-Belarus and several other portals criminal investigation into the attack on the Russian Embassy in Minsk turned into a more serious crime. It also reported that despite the fact that the charges were brought against nobody and there is no evidence base, the sentence detained activists extended for another 3 days.

Attack of the anarchists in the IVS Akrestsin

In Minsk on September 6 by a group of anarchists was attacked by Molotov cocktails, a temporary detention facility on Akrestin. After radical action near the Russian embassy repressive organs of the state launched an unprecedented raid on the anarchists and other social activists across the country. Insulators are filled with all new detainees. This is mainly children who have no relation to the radical actions and engaged in peaceful advocacy of their views and participation in social initiatives. Now they sew things and hang all that is possible.

For two days six detainees are under arrest in connection with the attack on the embassy of Russia

Sept. 3 about 6 o’clock in the morning seven non-government activists were arrested by law enforcement bodies of Belarus. Six of them are held 38 hours in custody in the detention center of Minsk. The detainees were interrogated about their involvement in the pelting Molotov cocktails at the embassy of Russia in Minsk. Young people jointly rent an apartment in one district of Minsk. At 6-20 am a doorbell rang , one of the young
men opened the door and law enforcement officers in civilian clothes immediately burst in the apartment.

Social activists were kidnapped by cops in Minsk, Belarus

Today (3-rd of September 2010) at morning our friends and comrades were kidnapped by police. Six people are missing. We manage to get know about their kidnapping only several hours later from their neighbors which said that unknown people in police uniform took away everybody situating the apartment. Fate of these people is still unknown this moment. Nobody responds to cell telephone calls. Any attempts to get know something about their location in Minsk police departments give no result, cause cops deny any involvement in this event.

The Russian Embassy in Minsk attacked by anarchists

Responsibility for the recent attack on the Russian embassy, caused a stir in the press, claimed a group of Belarusian anarchists. We quote the statement posted on the website of Indymedia: In the evening on August 30 a group of anarchists was conducted attack with Molotov cocktails at Russian embassy in Minsk. Was damaged one of the official cars. By this action, we express our anger and protest against the arrests and repression against social activists, who defended forests Khimki Moscow.
