In the following post you will read an articale about situation with nazism in Bulgaria, which was written by collective "Anarcho-resistance" from Sofia.
Looking back, now in one of bulgarian prisons there is an australian antifascist Jock Palfreeman, who was charged with 20 years prison for self-defence. The hearing on his case was delayed from 21 of October to 11 of November. On this week we recieved a letter form Jock, he wrote, that it's important to to keep pressure on Bulgarian authorities in 3 months after the trial (21th of October), because
decision will be posted 2-3 months after. We call everyone to support Jock Palfreeman. Write to him and send protest letter to bulgarian authorities.

In mid-November in the case of human rights activist Alexei Sokolov will be filed an application for parole. Protecting Alexei Sokolov have already started to prepare for it. Before considering the case on parole will be held rallies in support, as in Yekaterinburg, and in other cities. We encourage you to participate in support of Alexis.

Sofia Court of Appeal refused to consider evidence of protection in the case of D zhoka Polfrimana , and rejected the request for viewing the CCTV cameras, but agreed to hold another hearing with examination of witnesses, to be held on November 11, 2010.

Finally became known address human rights activist and now a political prisoner, Alexei Sokolov . August 25, 2010 on human rights Orders received from the Federal Penitentiary Service, was illegally sent to serve his sentence in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

October 20 a group of participants in the movement Autonomous Action of Izhevsk was made graffiti a rally of solidarity with the Moscow anti-fascists Maxim Solopova and Alexei Gaskarova passing as a defendant in the case of "Khimki forest. A small group of young people in the evening choose to place a specially charted along which there was a large piece of concrete fence, where he planned to make the inscription.

Today, on 20th of October near the Embassy of Bulgaria in Moscow was organized a picket in support of Jock Palfreeman. In the picket anarchists, antifascists, leftists and members of Autonomous-Action Moscow took part.

Today in the 17-40 anarchists and human rights activists in Yekaterinburg and Tyumen gathered near the Mission of Belarus to Yekaterinburg to protest harassment of Belarusian anarchist and social activist. Participants of the rally stretched the 10-meter banner in the Belarusian language "Will belaruskim anarhistam!" And distributed leaflets. Leaflets include information on prosecution and detention of activists in Belarus and called for solidarity with the prisoners.

Khimki town court has ruled to change the pre-trial restriction for Maxim Solopov from arrest to a written pledge not to leave town. The court lasted from 11 am to 4 pm today, October 18, with a three-hour break for preparation of the court ruling. Judge Svetlana Galanova has ruled to release Maxim Solopov from the arrest immediately in the court room.

    Jock Palfreeman is a 23 year old Australian who had the courage to stand up against 16 Nazis on a night out in Sofia, Bulgaria. He witnessed the fascists chasing and attacking two young Roma boys. Jock ran to the boys' aid, he did his best to keep the Nazis at bay by waving a knife at them but they attacked him. Jock was left with nowhere to run and had no choice but to defend himself. Andrey Monov, one of the Nazis, was stabbed and killed and another, Antoan Zahariev was injured. The Roma boys ran away.

    Jock has since been tried and sentenced for murder and attempted murder. He has been sentenced to 20 years imprisonment and has been fined 375,000 Australian dollars.

According to information distributed by the Campaign for freedom to  Khimki hostages , October 8, a panel of judges of the Moscow regional court, chaired by Dmitry Bobkov partially upheld the complaint lawyer Maxim Solopova Yuri Eronina and annulled the decision of Khimki city court to extend the detention of Maxim Solopova until November 29, 2010. Khimki city the court must in time until October 20 to re-consider whether the content Solopova custody.

We, anarchists of Belarus and Russia, call to all honest people all over the world for actions of boycott and protest against embassies of Belarus Republic and every other institution related to the Belarusian government! Total mobilization for solidary actions is necessary, because our comrades still remain in chains of Lukashenko fascist regime. Their names: Mikalaj Dziadok and Aliaksandar Frantskievich.

Story of anarchist arrested in Belarus

Anarchist and animal rights activist from Russia, Pavel Delidon was released from prison 27th of September, after doing 3.5 years in prison for an attempt to gather back wages his former boss owned him.

Sept. 24 officers law enforcement bodies have detained me on suspicion of assault on ITT Akrestin. After three days I was again perearestovali, not letting go even beyond the walls of prison. At this time, were indicted for an attack on the House of Trade Unions. Both of these cases were instituted without any direct evidence. In both protocols, the detention was said that I had been detained "on direct suspicion." As I understand from the conduct of investigators - such as the immediate suspicion may arise in respect of any citizen of our country.

Today, 29 September 2010, at noon, a group of activists of the anarchist movement came to St. Petersburg in the Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus (str Bonch-Bruevich 3A) to demand the release of Belarusian colleagues who were arrested last month. After the announcement of their demands, the activists refused to leave the embassy and announced his occupation - up until their demands are not met.

This morning (Monday 27th of September) the court in Khimki extended the police custody of Alexei Gaskarov for another two months. The web site of the Russian edition of Newsweek has the details (our comments are in square brackets):

Antifascists Alexei Gaskarova extended detention in jail for two months, told Newsweek correspondent for Kommersant. The process was open, but the court chose a small room, so the inside could get only one journalist and mother of Alexis Gaskarova.

The defender told the judge Gaskarova Svetlana Galanova that for all time of his arrest the suspect called only three times. He also noted that in recent months, no investigation of the case is not available, despite the fact that had been interviewed more than 100 people.Therefore, there is no need for further detention Gaskarova.

In Sydney, nine refugees from China climbed to the roof of the immigration center, and threatened to jump down if they were granted political asylum. A group of nine men aged 20 to 30 years, including a pregnant woman, climbed onto the roof at about 8 am on Wednesday , September 22, local time. They require a review of their cases immigration center. In case of failure is one of the refugees promised to jump off the roof. The deadline for the protesters called 14:30 Thursday.

Yesterday, 20.09 Kharkov held rally in support of arrested Alexis Gaskarova and Maxim Solopova. Indifferent to this problem anarchists, anti-fascists, OMovtsy and members of the Autonomous Actions picketed Consulate General of Russia in the street Olminskogo. Picket was held in the framework of international days of action in support of Alexey and Maxim. Speakers condemned the repressive actions of corrupt Russian officials and demanded the release of anti-fascists, against whom criminal cases are fabricated.
